On July 22^nd, 2023, IEMV Ltd. was honored to participate at the Conference “Highly commendation for the creativity, typical workers in 2022, and summarization for Hai Phong’s 3^rd contest on technical innovation”, which has been taken place at the Cultural Friendship Palace Viet Tiep. The conference’s goals lead to honor individuals and groups achieving excellent results at the Contest on technical innovation.

With the motto to provide the best quality within the fastest delivery to customers, IEMV’s employees always find the ways to improve the quality and efficiency. We have had many initiatives that brought the great benefits and save the cost for customers in the repairing and shipbuilding field.

Besides, IEMV has participated enthusiastically in the city's creative competitions and gained several encouraging results. For the first time, the company has been nominated for the creative labor award for the initiative: "Creating macros by Grade Hull software in repairing the structure for oil tanker 302,000 DWT" by Mr. Le Hai Quang from Hull Construction Group. The initiative helps the customer to save about 300million dong during 2 years.

Following the initial success and under the guidance of the IEMV’s Union Committee, Ms. Mai Thi Phuong Lan and Mr. Nguyen Duy Dung of Hull Construction Group also participated at this year's contest with 2 initiatives:  "Improving labor efficiency by changing the way to reduce the working time to do MAGESI-SUNPOUZU for the container ship he 24,000TEU" created by Ms. Lan and "Improving labor efficiency by taking measures to minimize the impact of internet speed when using software in Japan from IEMV" created by Mr. Dung . And it is also a great honor for the company, these 2 staffs (of which 6 persons from Ngo Quyen District) won the Creative Labor Award organized by Hai Phong city.

By promoting the spirit of innovation at work, the employees continue to emulate improvements to improve productivity and quality to bring the best products to customers and complete the assigned task.
