We can make the fitting drawing. Fitting drawing will be used for actual installation of pipe, equipment, duct, floor, ladder and handrail. We can make them through 3D CAD or directly by AUTOCAD

THE FABRICATION DRAWING FOR PIPE SPOOL

We can make the fabrication drawing for pipe spool, pipe support, duct, floor, ladder and handrail. Fabrication drawing will be used for actual manufacturing at the factory. We can make them through 3D CAD or directly by AUTOCAD

PIPE MODELING:

 We make 3D models of piping system based on the information of basic design (piping diagram arrangement drawing). In the engine room it includes not only pipe but also other machinery equipment such as pipe support, ventilation duct, floor, handrail...etc. In addition, all pipe fittings is also modeled: valve, pump, strainer, gauge...etc. We use 3D model for interference checking, adjusting the original design, producing detailed fabrication drawings, installation drawings, pipe spool drawings, exporting equipment lists, material lists. Besides the 3D model is intended for ship owners to review and use to assist shipyard in the installation process. 

MAKING 3D EQUIPMENT MODEL:

We make 3D models for all machinery equipment on the ship. Based on manufacturer's drawing. We use Catia, Cadmatic, Solidworks and Autocad 3d plant software. It is used for interference test, complete 3D piping model, calculating device weight, and as a basis for  the design of  machinery foundation.

FITTING AND FABRICATION DRAWINGS:

From 3D model, we output fitting and fabrication drawing of all equipment. These are production drawings used for fabrication in work shop and installation phase. We offer products at the final design stage:  pipe spool drawing, equipment's fabrication drawing, plans and isometric piping arrangements for fitting work in yard.

NESTING JOB

We do not only arrange parts on steel plates, but also create simulated cutting plans on computer. Output of operator plan and NC cutting data which will be used for cutting machine.
To minimize the amount of scrap raw material produced during cutting, we use proprietary nesting software. At present, we are using two(2) kind of softwares for making Nesting job.
Ajisai system: input are size of steel plates which were purchased(by Syuzai team), and parts data (which were made by Hull Contruction group).
Grade Hull system: input is parts data only. We separate to two(2) processes. 
The first is preliminary nesting(予量ネスティング),the process to determine the size of steel plates which need to purchase. And the second one is final nesting(最終ネスティング), for output operator plan and NC cutting data)
