Hello everyone. My name is Hoang, Group leader of Outfitting Gr. I have been with IEMV since the very first days of establishment, in June 2007. The Outfitting Group consists of 3 separate teams: Machinery, Electric and Outfitting. The total number of employees in the group is 26 people. The mission of the group is mainly to design outfitting equipment and systems on board.

All employees after joining the company and the department, if they try to demonstrate their competency, they will have the opportunity to be well-trained and specialized not only in Vietnam but also in Japan. We are involved in large shipbuilding projects such as Bulk carrier, VLCC, LNG carrier, container ship ... etc. Thereby learn, improve design ability to the world's leading level.

IEMV is like a common house, everyone is united, full of enthusiasm and dedication and I am always happy to work here. We have built a working culture with Japanese quintessence, professionalism, creativity and efficiency, bringing satisfaction to customers. At the same time, we still maintain the spiritual beauty, hard-working and willing to challenge of the Vietnamese people.
