We do not only arrange parts on steel plates, but also create simulated cutting plans on computer. Output of operator plan and NC cutting data which will be used for cutting machine.
To minimize the amount of scrap raw material produced during cutting, we use proprietary nesting software. At present, we are using two(2) kind of softwares for making Nesting job.
Ajisai system: input are size of steel plates which were purchased(by Syuzai team), and parts data (which were made by Hull Contruction group).
Grade Hull system: input is parts data only. We separate to two(2) processes.
The first is preliminary nesting(予量ネスティング),the process to determine the size of steel plates which need to purchase. And the second one is final nesting(最終ネスティング), for output operator plan and NC cutting data)
Our main job is to determine the size of steel material to be purchased for all blocks of hull structure. From drawings (key plan and yard plan), we collect all hull structure parts block by block (Hiraidashi). Subsequently, we collect parts for each thickness and grade (rough CP). We are very strict in following ech shipyard's rule. Having delivered the result, our customers are then ready to order material.
We can carry out this job both by hand or by AutoCad software depend on customers request.
